Friend of AWAB Application Individuals & Households To become an individual or household Friend of AWAB: 1. Complete the Friend of AWAB Form or online process. 2. Enclose Friend of AWAB donation or donate online. Suggested amounts for annual membership donations for individuals and families are listed below. Checks should be made payable to "AWAB" or membership donations made online by credit card or PayPal using the link below. Rainbow Donors Red:        $50 Yellow:     $100-249 Blue:         $500-999 Orange:   $50-99 Green:     $250-499 Violet:    $1000-4999 Over The Rainbow Donors – annual gifts of $5000 or more  Household Friend of AWAB - Two or more persons in same household may become a Friend of AWAB in one application. $85 is the suggested minimum for a household membership donation. 3.
